Desi Employers and Desi Coworkers

I know a desi person who worked for a desi owned company in the Northeast. The desi employee decides to quit the employment because of a new and better employment. The desi employer dude refuses to pay for the last two weeks of employment. When questioned about this issue, the desi employer dude says that he does not have money to pay. But the fact is that the madarchod guy is loaded. This made me feel farklempt.
