Cleveland Asian Indians Celebrate Diwali
Mayor Justin Bibb participated in lighting the Diwali diya and photo opportunity with FICA (Federation of Indian Community Associations) members etc, in conjunction with Chia-Min Chen, Asian Liaison Community Relations Board, City of Cleveland and Angela Shute Woodson, Director of Community Relations; Senior Advisor, Community and Government Affairs Community Development.
