Read a post on or about June 22, 2007 at ClevelandDesi.com website regarding wage conditions at the restaurant and thought about looking into it. The poster observed that the management of this restaurant does not share tips with the waiters or waitresses.

The last time I was at Udipi Cafe on 6339 Olde York Road in Parma Heights, the mint chutney tasted so corrosive. And fried idli!!, and fried in what kind of oil?
